Four Dollars for the BEST QUALITY STEAK – EVER?????



You betcha!!  LOOOOOVE my CAULIFLOWER STEAKS!  And you will too!  Easy to make, SOOOOO good for you – and a TOTAL delicacy!  All ya gotta do is….(CONTINUE READING HERE)

Get yourself a big head of cauliflower.  Each head of cauliflower should be  enough for three people  – but make sure it’s big!
**Cut the middle sections from the top to the stalk (cut each about 2″ thick).  You can make two for sure, the third may fall apart if it’s not sturdy enough, but the pieces are just as delicious! 🙂   If you do it very thick (at least 2 inches) then you should have two good ‘steaks’ that should hold shape.

** Lie ‘steaks’ on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Do the following to each side of the cauliflower:
** Brush with extra virgin olive oil
** Sprinkle with onion powder and garlic powder
** Then sprinkle on My FAVORITE salt seasoning.  OMG it’s SO WORTH running out to buy!!  It’s from the restaurant Red Robin!  Or buy it HERE.  I use it on EVERYTHING!  (Not running out any time soon?  Just sprinkle on pink Himalayan salt (or just sea salt).
** Bake for about 20 mins on each side (40 mins(ish) total).  Check though to be sure it doesn’t burn.  A little dark brown on each side is ideal.  (If you like heat, add a little sriracha sauce before you eat!)
